Pena rondena

Does anybody have the tabs for the rondena from the Fabulous Paco Peña album?

If you mean Fabulous Flamenco, then Affedis does, in default of anyone else.

It is pretty much a note for note version of Ramon Montoya's piece. Again Faucher did it in his book "Arte Clasico Flamenco"

Paul:
Who/what? is Affedis?

And is this in regular notation and /or TAB?

Email me if you like. . .

Ah, a newcomer.

Affedis is the company run by Alain Faucher, a Frenchman who has been producing flamenco transcriptions for as long as I can remember. They are very accurate, but expensive.

Most of them are neatly written in tab with time values, but there are also also published books, mostly with both staff notation and tab, but occasionally with staff only (as for instance the Ramón Montoya book).

• Go to the website (affedis.com).
• Click the BUY ONLINE button.
• Click the Transcriptions (Solo) link.
• From the Select Guitarist menu, choose Paco Peña.
• Your rondeña is on page 3 at €19.00. It will be in tab.

There seems to be a problem buying direct from the transcription page. Go to buy a book, add the transcription and then delete the book ( if you want to). As paul says Brit guy they are expensive but very accurate. Its a nice piece.
