I wouldn't trust it, seems like a sales gimmick to me. Also if it does work you may not be happy with the outcome. How does it work anyway?

It puts sweet, sonorous vibes into the soundhole of the guitar, making the guitar "open up" and produce rich timbric resonances and reach new heights of responsiveness.

It's a bit like using a vibrator on a guitar, although I heard that it responds much better if you kiss around the neck and slowly work your way down to the belly at the same time.

cheers,

Ron

RE: tonerite (in reply to kudo

I bought one after reading a review that a client of mine posted. It seemed worth a try. In theory it seems plausible that it could help with the responsiveness of the guitar. In practice, it seems to be a no thing. I have tried it on my own guitars as well as guitars I have for sale, most recently tried it out on a mint 1965 spruce and brazilian Ignacio Fleta I have laying around. I check it out after a day or so and in that case I actually felt like the guitar was not happy....at all. It's a great guitar but it seemed tighter and more restricted after using it. Could be just one of those things but so far this gizmo has not done much for me.

I think the guy who wrote this copy writes porno novels on the side. Read some of the language carefully. Ron had it right. I did a little editing - without changing any words – just deleting a few.

ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN (you know what!)

One of the secrets of great tone is continually playing-in your instrument. (you know what!) The ToneRite® is the world's most advanced and premier play-in device. Utilizing the same physics as you playing your instrument, (makes you go blind) the ToneRite® can provide you with increased tone, playability and balance.

The secret behind the ToneRite® is its ability to continually produce and efficiently transfer vibrational energy into an instrument, (Oh, God!) magnifying the physics that occur naturally while playing (with it). This STIMULATION produces a change to the instrument (gets larger). The result is added volume (size) and instruments that are easier to play with. Your instrument will come easier, with less fatigue.

And with regular use, a harder and bigger penis. She'll love you for getting the Tone Rite, she'll say: " Hmm Honey, it's just right with Tone Rite."

I think you should give up building guitars, and become an advertising copywriter. You would sell a ton of Tone Rite.
