A good Negra with a nice buzz...

I am just sampling this beer ATM (for research purposes only )...

http://greatbrewers.com/product/broughton-old-jock

6.7% and a great malty taste.

Not expensive and pretty damn good IMO...AND available in the US!

(unlike McEwan's Champion (7.4%)...which is still my fav!)

cheers,

Ron

I have a coupon for any Guinness product, Harp Lager or Smithwick's Ale. I'd be interested in some recommendations...

Looks quite good...but maybe a bit of a"girlie beer" at only 4.4% eh?

Jeez...I think Irn Bru is probably stronger than that...

(Only joking, lowden ...some great English beers...especially in Yorkshire!)

cheers,

Ron

Since nobody on these islands where you are living Ron, understands the true art of brewing good beer. (Including to serve it cold, with a soft whitecap (where you cant write letters in!))..I have a bad feeling with your recommendation Ron. hehe
