yea.....
Florian is here

You know............. you dont need this as a chalange Floarian....no one will ever wanna dance to this complicated Tomatito Bulerias.......................its awaste of your time. YOU are much too important of an accompanyist to concentrate on a solo Guitar challenge.

lol

well noone needs any of the challenges really, theres a way around every one of them...but its a nice group activity where we interact with eachother and practice the same thing ...its good motivation

and you are right besides a few guitar afficionados and students at the gigs i play 70% of the time noone wants to hear a guitar solo....they only really work in a theatre where the sound is perfect and theres nothing else to distract them or nothing else to do but sit down, shut up and listen..

they wanna see the dancers and listen to the singers...but mostly see the dancers

Yup!!

I really enjoy just playing the same exact perfectly timed simple dance movement over and over ....till they get it right and we are all on the same page

Flo, just learn the piece till May and upload it. Best thing you (or anybody) could do IMO.

Yep. Check out the first post of this tread again. There you´ll find all you need (except a compas loop, till now...).

And rule 4 is a must because we are in flamenco and the tab is not 100% correct. Its 99% perfect, but there are some very tiny things that are different on the CD. In one falseta Tomatito showed the transcriber an optional way to play a falseta, which he wrote down instead of what is played on the CD (Its falseta 3 if you count the intro as falseta). Thats only 1 compas but because you cant listen to it anywhere we need to be able to correct that by ourselves. I could record this part of the version of the CD-version in a short video to make it available for everyone. (If needed)

yes i practiced the intro and found 3 mistakes, the 3-1-3 from g to b string doesnt exist. I have the intro at 85% now, i hope i can get it to 100% in the next two weeks.

RE: Challenge Rincones de loles (in reply to c

The rest of the tab is ok, trust me ;.)

Here for inspiration that more people join us. Some people said you rarely see may playing here..So here is some tiny bit..

I recorded some practicing of falseta 3 today coz Deniz asked me for some fingerings. Otherwise I wouldnt have done it. I show there that you can play some picados as ligados as Tomatito does it in some videos. Its basically just a test of some sound-settings, too. I have problems with all this mess.. I hope I get better settings later on. I just replugged everything today and wonder how much doesnt run under Win7.. :./

Too many words. Just have a look.

Get it on! 1 2 3 fuego :D

Beside of that maybe some of you are interested. I play my new sanchis carpio 2F.05 from 2007 for just 1000Euro there. Good price, still good with old strings and good settings of the guitar.

Sometimes, you know Im only an "at weekends" player. So..I dont know. I unpacked this when the challenge idea came up.. I never learned the thumb ending. I learned that part this weekend for showing Deniz.. It was just an idea I had about getting through it without worrying.. So I tested and.it works fine.I added an extra ligado that you cant see at this speed. But it helps a lot. My video is not full speed so..lets see.

Yes 3 is right..but put it where you like. (on the guitar of course.. )

Orchestration are e.g. a bass player who supports you or Mikes violins.. OMG! hehe

Ole Doit!

You're managing to keep it sounding flamenco, this piece has the danger of 'jazzing out' (Yuk) in lesser hands than yours.

Even though you hardly ever post your playing I've seen those rare ones you have, so I know how good you are. I am always amused when you and an upstart new member start flaming and I think to myself- the newcomer has no idea and would be shocked to see what a great player you are.

I am looking forward to the finished upload, enjoy the challenge!
