Conde Hermanos A26 Negra homage (rep...

Conde Hermanos A26 Negra homage (replica) by Jeff Sigurdson

52mm, 655mm scale, don't have a scale but it's the lightest guitar I ever held in my hands. Plays like butter.

Like new condition, does have small nicks at the bottom of the bout, came like this from the shop.
Guitar was always kept inside, took out today 1st time to take the photos :)

Standard Spanish body size: bout: 19 1/8" long, 14-5/8" wide, 3 5/8" thick

- Sitka Spruce top (master AAA grade)
- Rosewood (I think) back/sides
- Cedar neck with (graphite inserts)
- Rosewood head plate
- Ebony fingerboard
- Action: 2.3mm on 12th fret on base & treble
- Geared pegs (7mm lightest shortest 60mm custom made for me)
- French polished top (clear natural), lacquer back/sides (clear natural)
- deluxe hard case (leather imitation vinyl: black outside, red plush inside)
* case is not new, but in good condition, kept at home.

Reason for sale: standard Spanish size guitars are too small for me, can't play for long, kill my shoulder & my back.
Ordered new guitars with larger scale & larger/thicker body :(

Looks nice, but I think the back and sides are some kind of Acacia (not Rosewood).

My guitar teacher mentioned Walnut .. which could explain why it feels stiffer and lighter in weight and tone.

I believe the back and sides are palo escrito (Mexican rosewood). It is a very light wood and I heard is good for flamenco guitars.

Nice guitar and nice playing
