I can't think of anything to say other than the guy (the one on the right) looks a bit like the younger George W.

I thought he looked like Alfred E. Neuman but while looking for a photo, I saw one combined with GWB. I think this really looks like the guy.
Of course I like GWB and Alfred so this in in no way a slam or negative judgement on anyone...
