Try Flamenco Latino Studios in Midtown. Great for independent dance and music teachers, and personal trainers as well.
RECESSION RATE SPECIAL for downtime hours only(11AM-6PM) and same-day rental!!!
All rentals subject to availability so you must call for availability and to reserve.
Large Studio (53' by 26') ONLY $30/hr. (regular rate is $44/hr.)
Small Studio (20' x 12'), ONLY $15/hr. (regular rate is $22/hr.)
Pro-rated by the half-hour.
Both studios with sprung marley floors, 7' high quality mirrors, ballet bars, fans, a/c and 10' high ceilings. Windows and natural light in the Large Studio. Two dressing rooms with sinks. Public restrooms on same floor. Small waiting area. Thirty folding chairs available and benches. Good for rehearsals or classes for ballet, modern, exercise/aerobics, salsa, and, of course, flamenco and tap. Music rehearsals also permitted. Sound system in the Large Studio with CD and tape. Portable CD and Tape Players in the Small Studio. One piano available which can be moved from Large Studio to Small Studio with permission. DVD/VCR and monitor available for $10.00 extra.Lockers available - $15/month.
Large Studio is also available as a performing space after rental hours on weekends, complete with curtains, lighting and seating for 70. Please inquire for rates and terms. Event pricing starts at $50/hour.
