String Saga's Med Tension but with high tension G OR Med Tension basses, High Tension trebles [agree with barisyavuz on picado alzapua..though go hard/xtra hard for classical] Still mixing this around. Using luthiers. Ordered most avail sets on 'strings by mail' site. good to deal with. settled on luthiers but theres many more good brands out there the instrument has alot to do with it.....

Thanks Ricardo now know what to do with all those half packet's of strings kudo's on the links on other threads..priceless..literally!... think after all this experimentation looks like a set of med tension will produce the consistency....
