I'm using transcribe from Seventh String. Works great, it can slow down audio (without changing pitch, of course) or video, it's built with quicktime so it can swallow any format quicktime can read, which is most stuff. It's an invaluable tool for learning. Works on Mac & PC.

Do you have a special version? I have 7.3 and there you cant slow down vids...
it plays the audio of the video, but it does not play the video.

Deniz, if you can convert your movie in a windows media movie than the player has an option to slow down without changeing the pitch.

Thats perfect man, just trying it out... but it would be cool if you could control the speed more precisely, and it doesnt save the speed after the video is finished so you have to press again "-" when it starts.. maybe there is a plugin for that i dont know.
