Ruben, your explanations of the principles and philosophy of practise and technique are very interesting to me, as i have also given these issues a lot of thought. I agree wholeheartedly with everything you say here, and i believe that these explanations are as important as the demonstration videos you have generously posted, muchas gracias!

I think Paco could have done better if he even tried.

Come on, relax, let duende take control again and discuss the PDL thing overhere and not shove it up in my throat!!!
We are not talking about "Who has the biggest D" but a nice topic you started yourselves.

Maestro Diaz! Muchas gracias for all the great videos!

I was watching your video entitled:

Paco de Lucia's buleria "El Chorruelo" Falsetas 4,5 and 6

but I couldn't find falseta 6 in the video. Is it there, but you didn't add a title in the video saying where it started? Or did you NOT upload it yet?

Please explain!

Gracias!

very nice playing!
thank you for sharing.

who made your guitar? the headstock design is very different. what's that stripe going around the sides?

can you elaborate on what paco said to you?
is he advising against playing our own stuff and instead, we should be spending our time learning his material?

Ruben, you're really becoming an incredibly valuable addition to the forum with your lessons and insight! Thank you so much. While I'm still really far to even attempt playing this kind of material, I still appreciate your contributions. It's really so generous and I hope you continue to be active here on the Foro in the future!
