Bulerias falsetas in A minor

I have been fiddling around with A minor falsetas in Buleria this week. The most well known is the one by paco de lucia at the end of "El tempul". It's a fantastic exercise but quite difficult to pull off live so I've been looking at alternatives. For anyone wanting the tab to El tempul you can find it here

FALSETA 1
The first one I transcribed is an "old school" Falseta by Diego del Gastor. Its basically an exercise in octaves. The first part is played strictly with p and i and the second part is all thumb. I transcribed this from the CD "El eco de unas toques". The recording goes out of compas in the end but I removed the extra notes to make it fit whilst keeping the original idea. He plays a variation of it at the end of this video.

As per usual, download the file to your desktop and then change the extension from .txt to .jpg

Falseta 2

The next falseta is a transcription of the end of the live Bulerias by Tomatito. Its quite a lot harder than the Diego falseta. Here is a video of him playing it in Granada (I was actually et this concert). I really like this one a lot. Its not technically that hard but the timing of the final part needs a lot of practice.

I made this tab from the Vengo soundtrack CD. Its almost the same as this live version.

Falseta 3

This is an advanced falseta from chicuelo. Its from the first Bulerias on the album Diapasion. Its almost classical in its composition until you get the finale with some cool diminished scales and chord work. It was quite tricky to work out so i hope you all like it. There are 6 chords at the end. Im not sure about 2 of them but it sounds close enough. Someone might want to correct it.

amigo is it possible you can send me these falseta 1 and 2 ? espeically 1, as i d love to learn it, i have an old transcription not accurate , i can change the file format ,as my pc is in another language (Complex thing).

aslo is it possible to get and audio ?? of these as i can you you tube here.

Nice work... I really like Chicuelo. His whole a minor part in that bulerias is totally cool.

For those having problems with 'converting'... for me it works if I name the file XXXXX.jpg already BEFORE saving it (when it asks you where to save and how to name it...)

hey dudes ,
id like to get into the A minor bulerias ,i have a faucher transcription yet it nevr felt comfortable ??

cool if anyone can send me the tab in jpg or any thing other than TXT, vene an mp3.

MY pc is in chinese !!! and i cant use it and there is a law here that doesnt allow Youtube !!!.
id love to learn this piece so pls help maybe i can return the favour, .

thnaks man for posting them, really appreciate it , they are all cool, i was thinking now about it , and reaLLY love the way it goes into that thing, its like the highlight idea, everyone notice sabicas does it often, for example he also has his own piece in aminor it must be based on an old gypsy melody its called la catalina,
he also plays it in duet with nino ricardo you dudes heard it ??

the aminor Section El tempul , i still aint got it down !! slow progress
