Basketball Damn You! Other dangers? 
So I played basketball today for the first time in like 25 years and I am sitting hear typing with my left pinky bound up after icing and 600mg of vitamin "I". I hope I didn't break the darn thing....

So that is it, basketball, I am out. No more!

Any other sports or pursuits you have given up or I should avoid? I broke my hand twice doing N. Shore mountain biking so that's out also.

My worst basketball injury was probably when I tried (foolishly) to block a long pass and all that happened was that the ball bent my left index finger back until the bone in my hand fractured along its length. 6 weeks of plaster sucks, even more so in the height of summer. Sport is not good for you, it's dangerous!
