Not sure, but PicSizer should do the job
(it's freeware from here or google it.

imagej is pretty usefull and provides dozen of plugins for any kind of use. And the best is: It runs on Win and Mac and is free.

Picasso 3 I have. I can't find any converter in that programm. Maybe I'm overlooking something.

He has Picasso 3 (or another app), so I assume he realised that you just open the graphic, and then select "save as" as tiff.

My Picasa only gives the option save as jpeg. But maybe I'm overlooking something.

No, I found a programm that went with a drawing pad I once bought: Corel Draw.
It does the job just fine.
