Part of the problem is also file size. Crop an image, resize the image dimensions to 145x145 pixels and then you may still have to adjust the compression (1-10 or low, med, or high). The image quality/compression settings are usually found when you "save as," they usually have the quality option in the save as dialog, but sometimes you might have to use the options button in the dialogue to find them (depending on your app of choice). A very good FREE image editing app for Windows is Paint.NET Photoshop has nice options for choosing compression, whether using save fore web, or image ready (same thing, really). So, if you're having trouble, getting the file size down, without the pic looking pixellated or showing artefacts, my offer still stands. I'm no pro, but I got the software. I'll leave the offer open to any forum member. P.D. I've never been sure about this uncle Bob guy. He's the pervy uncle, right?
