Hola guapa Zambombas are properly Jerezanas. They take their name from the strange drum with a stick though the middle which makes the oooummph sound. You might need enchufe to find out where and when and how to get in. Estela or Norman might be able to help. In Cádiz, we have villancicos groups instead. The most prestigious is Toma Castaña: I produced their first record and they haven´t looked back: this year 2 nights in Teatro Falla with guests Juan Villar and Esperanza Fernandez. Of course they, and other groups, play in bars all over the city, almost every night. Not overwarm if you intend to surf, though I imagine nothing like the coast of Donegal[:D] Un abrazo fuerte Sean
