Don't know about that one, but I can say that the Roland AC-60 is an absolutely great affordable amp for club-sized gigs. It doesn't have the wattage for larger performance venues (say the size of a basketball court or a noisy restaurant) but it is a GREAT portable combo (amp plus speakers built into one unit). It is intended for acoustic guitar. You can add some reverb, and you have independent control of bass, treble, and mid range for TWO inputs (two mics or a mic and a guitar). I play solo, accompany cante and dance, and sometimes play with a second guitar, and this is enough for all that -- plus I can be heard over the thundering of 20 beginning dance students. They retail for about $400-$500 new but I got a perfectly good used one on ebay for $245. I use Shure SM-58 mics on stands, the industry standard. My guitar is not fitted with pickup or mic.
