I've noticed that may flamenco falsetas (especially in Solea) use an inordinate amount of Barre chords. This is something I struggle with because my left hand tires very quickly.

How did the more exprienced guitarists here work around this when they were learning? Is it just a matter of persevering or are there training aids available?

Whilst researching this in the archives I happened upon a post about a tool called the "GripMaster" is this something worth buying?

Well, lower the action and it will be easier, but at the price of tone. Another trick when playing very slow, is don't press so hard to actually sound the notes under the index, just hold the position, let the other fingers press the notes they need to. Later, after you have worked up to tempo, you will notice you dont' need to press for as long and can push harder. Also try not to grip harder than necessary to simply sound the notes.
