I've got gotoh tuners with what I assume are "ivoroid" or "pearloid" buttons.

Seeing as the tuning machines are gold and black and it's an ebony fingerboard, I think ebony buttons would look nicer.

So the question is, ahem, where do I get them?

You might try Domo International. I believe they are Gotoh distributors in the U.S. I have purchased Gotoh's from them in the past. A good company to deal with.
