Miguel, This is an Old style Zambra, by Phillip J Lee, I recorded it quickly, and the bass parts get a bit muddy and lost, but you should get the general jist

That's a nice Zambra. What stands out most to me in the old Zambras are the harmonic minor scale and the bass drones. Really brings out that moorish flavor. I've heard one Zambra where they used finger bells like the ones used in belly dancing. I can't remember off top who's recording that was, but it did sound pretty cool and exotic.
