Thanks Anders! RegNet was taken over by a new company and they now can provide a CD Rom version as well as an internet download. I tried to keep the program fairly basic and easy to use and although it can be used as a "poor man's" backing track, it was really just intended to be a fun practise metronome. I had a very much more ambitious plan for a fully programmable, multi channel, high quality version with Jaleo etc which would have sounded very life like, but that would have involved mucho programming and the professional version of VB, and considering the very small market for such a product I came to the conclusion that I could use my limited free time better practising guitar instead! LOL. The next project I'd had in mind was a "Slowdown" program, but a couple of guys beat me to it with a program called "SlowBlast". [:@] I'm not a professional programmer, so it was an interesting one-off experience for me and also a chance to find out more about the technical side of the Internet, but I'm afraid I've hung up my programming gloves now and leave programming to the experts while I concentrate on practising my own compás! By the way, the site is www.guitartechnique.com cheers Ron
