rich -> flamenco in Scotland (Oct. 18 2007 16:23:48)

Hello there everyone. I am a new member to this forum and am quite new to the flamenco style also. I did join foro some while ago, but just so I could download that flamenco master program,[8|]. Anyway I have been reading some of your posts and I am very impressed. It looks like there are some really nice helpfull people on here. I have learned a lot over the past wee while just because of this forum, so thanks. I was wondering if any of you are from scotland/uk, or if anyone has some info on the flamenco scene in scotland. I have looked on the internet, but nothing much comes up. Especially in Aberdeen my home city. So far my only resource is the internet, but as you guys know that can be frustrating,(unless you know where to look). I would like to know of any courses or performances coming up and also where I can find a guitar shop which sells flamencos. My guitar is spanish, but I think it is a bit downmarket. It has a hole in it and is held together purely by my love for it, if I got a better one my guitar would probably spontaneously turn to dust. Also technically I don't own it, its my friends, but he has loads anyway, (he can't play very well! sorry ricardo lol). God I went on a bit there.... Any information would be appreciated. thanks, Richard [:D]
