$350 or $1500 the only difference could be the price for the most part, factory built and pretty inconsistent sound wise. That price range you need to personally pick through them till you find something half decent and it will take you awhile, labels and names are no guarantee of any sound quality especially when its factory built. If you can find a Yamaha that has decent playability and trebles that are not totally lifeless that would be the bargain basement choice. Taking down the tops finish and setting it up right with a proper bone nut and saddle could put you ahead of a lot of guitars that cost double or more.
