I have it.

I have no idea how good it is compared to first class guitars, because I never tried any of them. Either way I like it and some people who tried better guitars said it's not bad at all.

And yes, I'm one of those idiots who ordered guitar without trying it first. Ordered it from "Flamenco-world" web site. It was the only way for me to get a flamenco guitar at that time. I don't regret anything. But it is still quite over-priced.

i dont blame u doing that,

cuase i have the same situation, i live far away from any place that i can find flamenco guitars " bahrain" so the only way to get a guitar is doing what did u did,

I have tried one of those - exactly the same as on pic: heavy, basses are boomy, trebles ok, not loud enough. For the same money I would prefer Jeff Sigurdson or Sanchis. My 2 cents.

I have a second-hand one of these Haitham, I got it off eBay but it ended up being cheap (US$450) for me because I complained because it had a crack in the side when it arrived here. It's a true blanca, thin, light, very flamenco sounding, quite dry and really quite loud for this price. The action is a bit high to start with so I had it adjusted. Mine has a dark veneer on the headstock. The tuning machines are quite heavy and well made but a bit tight for some reason, not that easy to tune. Maybe the sound has opened up a bit more than a new one in the store but I'm very happy with it, especially since I got a bargain [:D]
