Here is my flamenco/techno(ish) experiment. More downtempo chill stuff........ Damn...I knew I shouldn't have downloaded that Quicktime update, as once you do that (or RealPlayer) they try to take over your computer! (Even when you answer NO to the question.."Do you want blah, blah to be your default player?"....they just do it anyway, just to give you "An enhanced Internet experience". [:D][:D] At one time I had your piece playing on 3 different players all at the same time, but slightly time shifted, producing an interesting phasing effect. [:D] Anyway Jason...your stuff is far too classy and refined to be included in the Flamingo catagory. I liked it a LOT, although (and I'm sure you'd agree) it's not "Flamenco". It's just good, sophisticated World/Latin Music to a very high standard. The thing is, that it's too complex and moody for the average drunken tourist on the Costa Brava to remember...whereas Javier's tune is so basic that the punters are still whistling it while lying in the gutter.[:D] The bottom line for me is that I have no problem with "Flamenco" Artists doing the occasional "commercial" tune, but a lot of annoyance with "Flamingo" Artists doing a pretentious "Flamenco" tune. cheers, Ron
