I went to Itunes, clicked on "radio", then scrolled down to "latin" and then "flamenco" and clicked on it... BATANGA came up. I would suspect that what you are listening to IS actually BATANGA. It was playing puro when I listened to it, but if you say it plays Nuevo too, then maybe you're right...

I'm with you all the way Romerito. I hate that elevator flamenco too.
But where do you draw the line. For me otmar liebert drips out of the same nose as a piano player on a flamenco cd.

You're right Romerito. they're different styles. A rumba sung by Cepero is still flamenco.
