The question is in the title. It is very difficult and almost impossible to find them. Glad to have any suggestion.

Try here:

Flamenco Connection

Search for "Cepero" (found 2) or "Franco" (found many).

www.deflamenco.com has a good range of Cepero stuff, but not much Franco.

Here is another website that is great for online flamenco purchases.

www.elflamencovive.es

I order a lot of stuff from them. Excellent service and prices.

Un saludo, Errol

James,

I only know of one solo recording that Manolo Franco did, it was called Aljibe and it was about 1987. A couple of those songs were transcribed on his Encuentro video and in the book. I don't think it was ever released on cd, only LP and cassette.

A few of the songs from Aljibe are on the 3 Guitarras Flamencas cd he shared with Jose Antonio Rodriguez and Quique Paredes, which if you search, you can still find. I think http://www.luthiermusic.com in New York still has a few.

MP3s of Aljibe have been made, I can send them to you if you want.

As for Paco Cepero, I think you have been pointed in the right direction. I think the earlier of his two recent recordings is almost sold out, but you can still find it.

You should know you can check these websites for any flamenco recordings (Over the years, I have ordered from almost all of them and had good service):

There are more, but its taking too much time.

Good luck,

Great for all the links. I've been looking at them. Any idea from which CD I can find Amuleto?

Paleto -> RE: Where to find Paco Cepero and Manolo Franco's CDs (May 13 2007 19:37:53)

Amuleto was recorded in 1977 and as far as I know, is not available on any cd. A friend of mine made mp3s from his vinyl LP, but the quality is pretty bad, I think the recording volume was high and caused distortion. But I can email mp3s of it to you if you want.
