Matic if the notes are right ( I dont know the piece ), then I would start on the pinkie in ninth position, slide on the pinkie for the D and then play everything from a seventh position barre (crossing onto the B string for the A down to F sharp ) then i would play the third F sharp in second position with the bar in place with my ring finger blending into the arp's. In general consecutive shifts on a single finger are to be avoided unless you are going for a guitar mannouche sloppy chromatic kinda of effect. The thing to listen for is where he breaks the line ( not technically but musically ) you know where one idea seems to stop and another starts. At these points we can make a really big shift but without interruption the flow of the music at all.
