"quintuplet" does not have to mean "rasqueado" specifically. It is just a rhythmic grouping. Could be a tremolo, could be rasguedo of various types, could be an arpeggio, even picado. etc.

But some other quintuplet rasg. done in addition to the one Henrik described, could be peami, where p is up. Also, one could to the 5 finger rasg, but not do a quintuplet rhythm.
eami ieam i. 5 strokes but the grouping is by 4.
