lol, "The Andalusian Agency for the Development of Flamenco"... it sounds like a crazy local government initiative. But I suppose its good that someone is looking out for Flamenco, even if there is rivalry between the groups that do so. I suspect the rivalry will mean more publicity and entertainment all round... not such a bad thing. Jb
