The advanced players aren't sharing much info such as chord progressions or ideas for escobillas other than the standard, nor substitute chords for accompanying cante. THATS IT! I am Deleting all my chord posts!!!! Ha, just kidding![:D] Not sure what you are getting at. What sub chords do you want for what cante??? Whose escobilla??? Thats a lot of specific stuff man. Why would I cram all that down peoples throat, that I dont' even know? I have no problem giving info on specific things, but not sure where to start with your demands? Seems like you were mad about Mark2's post about sharing free stuff, or rather, asking for free stuff. (Mark was one other guy that gave chords in that chord thread remember). I am gonna tell Chusco you are putting up some of his chords and ideas and music on the forum. How will he take it? Nah, I am just giving you a hard time man. Don't get all bent out of shape. Remember you first posted at FT and I redirected you to this forum because there was not much traffic or interest in your posts. Seems like you take it too personal if you don't get tons of hits, agreement, or feedback to your posts. Don't be like that man. I will give the reasons for your question why not a lot of feedback for modern chord subs and similar ideas. 1. Modern chords are considered not flamenco sounding by MANY. It sounds like Jazz. That was the whole arguement before. If you want jazz progressions, go to a jazz web. (you know I don't feel that way, just telling how MANY folks see it). 2. The stuff you want, and share, is more advanced level. The vast majority of flamenco guitar fans and students are NOT advanced. And they like traditional flamenco better too. Advanced players who would take interest in your stuff, have their own stuff going on. To share all their own chord ideas, that are not just standard, would be VERY tedious. Like I said, I could give some detail about specifics, but just general ideas off my head, I dont' know where to start. So don't take it so personal man. Just be happy that a few folks are interested in the stuff you put up. Oh yeah, and I have alzapua, compas, arps, and some other lessons over at FT for sale. That is not MY site. If I were to share the same info for free, I would be hurting the busness over there, and not being fair to the students that paid for them already. But to be honest, I am not holding anything back. The stuff in those short lessons I have discussed openly here. It is just that a video speaks thousands of words. Ricardo
