That was really hard. I dont' know if I got any. The funniest was when Ron posted some antigua stuff and we all guessed various maestros of the past, but it turned out to be a well chosen excerpt of Manitas de Plata![:D][:D] It was embarrasing for us aficionados!

Anyway, as long as they are not too obscure it sure was fun. I know what would be another fun one. "Guess the Camaronero/a....". When Cositas came out I let it play for MANY aficionados, and even cantoars, who thought that track 7 (Camaron salvaged recordings) was Duquende! [:D]

let me know how to upload snippets of audio.

Romerito,
Go to the audio uploads forum.
Click "New Post".
If you look at the bottom left hand side of the text box, you'll see something saying "Click here to Upload".

Also to quote something, just highlight the text you want to quote.
When you hit the "Reply" button, you'll see the quote in the white box.

Also...take care if you are making a long post.
Keep copying to clipboard or use a text editor, because every now and then things can hang up and you lose the lot down the Great Toilet of Cyberspace, never to be seen again. (Usually after you've spent an hour typing up a lengthy and carefully worded post..[:D][:D])

cheers

Ron

The time-out on this site is 60 mins before you will lose your session and any post you are making. It is to reclaim server resources that would otherwise tie up the whole site.
