Hey all. Tomas Jimenez and I were wondering whether it is possible in GuitarPro 5 to eschew the constraints of standard notation? Is there a way one can tab on and on to no end without having to worry about notation? How about giving the programme a meaningless notation that will, de facto, amount to the same thing as no notation at all?

No, I don't think it's possible to turn the rythmic notation off.
In Finale ( an other tab programm) there's an option of making the rythm invisible, so it seems you only have tab.

You could try it the simple way.
