bernd -> Alternative for 2F-05 (Oct. 2 2006 0:05:26)

Hi amigos,
as we know the Sanchís López 2F-05 is one the hardest to get and best guitar around 1000 €. Now I´ve found a very good alternative that will surely take its place besides the 2F-05. It´s made by Guitarres Camps and is called PRIMERA. This baby is a light weight blanca with all solid woods and a flat body of 8.5 to 9.2 mm. Action is about 9 mm at bridge. The sound is very strong with fine percussion coming up very aggressive with fast action, awsome for this price range at 950 € incl. case (simple Bausach) . Where 2F-05 goes straight into the Conde way the Primera reminds me to a mix of Vicente Carillo and Gerundino likely as to the recordings of the Paco Peña, kinda raspy.
I´ve written a review for a German guitar magazine. it is planned to be printed for the december edition. Special feature of the Primera: It is certified by Manuel Granados. If you have the oppertunity to check this guitar, just do it.
