I have been trying to get this down for months and months. I hope that is normal, been doing Alzapua for 2 years now, it seems like it's really hard to get to the next level of speed for Alzapua.
I'ts weird somedays I can do this at like 220bpm but most of the time when ever I get to the low E, my wrist seems to loose it's balance or something.
Now I do play it by hooking the index on the way up, and without.
JUst wondering if this is a pain for others as well and for you established players how long does it take to develop and is there a trick to it.
