This is my newest flamenco acquisition - A Philips 128Mb keyring MP3 and WMA player. I have 4 hours of flamenco on it and am playing it through my stereo right now. It's a USB device which recharges from the PC USB connection and I just drag and drop my files on to it from Windows file explorer. Only cable is for the headphone/audio out.

See if you can spot it in this photo. It's small.

BTW - all my stereo equipment is going as I bought a Windows Media Center PC today, plays all my CDs and DVDs, records off my satellite decoder (like Tivo), handles all my WMA and MP3's, Dolby 7.1, DVD player and rewriter on-board to rip my videos to full-screen DVD, SVideo In and Out, Digital TV and radio tuner etc. etc. awesome. Supports the satellite/cable electronic programme guides so I can record an entire series and it looks out for any flamenco or Spain related programmes for me. It's also a web server and will be connected to the Internet via wireless so I can check on this forum from the lounge. If I record anything interesting, you can watch from your house [:D] I stick this little MP3 player in the USB slot in the front and recharge, load and play from there. I might set it up as a FTP server so you can drop any MP3s on to me, if you want - 200Gb hard disk!

Forgive me, it's a nerd thing and I got a staff discount on it, so I just thought I'd share and evangelise a little [8D]

Can it make tea?
If not, I guess I'll just have to stick with the old valve Teasmaid.
By the way I repair a lot of Arcam stuff.
Good company to deal with regarding spares etc.
Which is rare these days.

cheers

Ron
