Per Hallgren -> RE: Rosette Designer (Jul. 25 2006 17:01:32)

I have tried your program and I like it but I need to work more in depth to have any comments. This far it works fine however and I have not found any bugs yet. Thanks!

nhills -> RE: Rosette Designer (Oct. 6 2006 18:33:31)

Hi!

The (probably) final version of the program is now available. Many new features since the original!

I have sent it to users of prior versions - if you don't get it, let me know. If you haven't tried it, now's the time!

Cheers,
Norman

Hi selmac!
I have sent it to your email.
Any one else who would like the latest version (1.511), just let me know. This is a screenshot of the way I use it for a construction sheet.

Cheers,
Norman

Doitsujin -> RE: Rosette Designer (Apr. 19 2007 21:29:20)

well I thought that was an extremely good joke...

Maybe in english rosette means something different... In german it means also .. that what I wrote about... hmm....[:-]

koella -> RE: Rosette Designer (Apr. 19 2007 21:34:55)

Yeah, Frank Zappa wrote about that too:

Something like:

"a little green ro-set-ta
gonna make you feel betta.
a little green ro-set-ta
gonna make you feel betta"

It was a song about muffins, I believe.[>:]

If a musician told you that, they were probably making a joke.

a_arnold -> RE: Rosette Designer (Apr. 24 2007 14:24:06)

Hi Nils.
I'd love a copy of your software too. I'm trying to design some inlay for the peghead to match a rosette, and I bet it would work for that too.
Please send to

arnold@gly.fsu.edu

Thanks!

Yea, this is definitely the work of an amateur. Looks like a Shaka Zulu warrior decided to take up knitting[:)] Anyone else care to share what they've come up with so far?

*edit* Actually, this should be part of a whole new thread. Sorry.
