it is fast so go a bit slower but a couple of things. The F is a chord actually so try without the index double time notes and just walk up the scale to the chord. Bb C-D E-F (Bb Chord). They are triples so swing the C-D and E-F. What happens the first time is the E is a hammer, however, you can practice it slow but at bulerias tempo, there will be a threshold where it is just two fast to retract and strike with the thumb. AT Solea por buleria tempo you would want to attack the note with no hammer-on. The phrasing is like that anyway (1,2,3...7,8,9, etc.)Make sure that the C-D bass notes you drag the thumb through. Same on the next group of notes, the Bb is on 6 and C on 5th and the D he misses would again be a hammer. Once you have the timing of just the thumb with the swing going on, put the index fill in notes back in.
