Arash -> DerJung Machine Head with Rosewood knobs and bearing rollers (Dec. 30 2025 12:22:12)

Since I had really good experience with DerJung and they are very fairly priced compared to some other brands, I ordered another one for another Sanchis I recently bought off my friend. They all have these cheapest Gotoh lyra which I don't like at all.

This one has rosewood knobs and also Aluminium bearing rollers.
In total I paid around 55 bucks to a german company who distributes them (rosewood knobs was optional, normally this one is cheaper)

They are well made, clean and smooth. They are made in Taiwan.

I recommend.

Andy Culpepper recommended a set of these. I love them!

The only thing I had to do, was drill one new hole (each side 1 hole was 1 mm or so off, there seems to be no standard for these anyways). So I "closed" the previous hole with a toothpick (sanded the toothpick slightly for perfect fit), pressed it in and cut off the rest. Then drilled the new holes. The new screws were also slightly longer and thicker, but gladly they didn't come out the other side (but one needs to sometimes pay attention, depending on guitar and maybe use the older shorter screws).
