somewhat interesting how the dance group there was making a new "compás" by extracting the first 8 counts of Soleá then cycling back (as opposed to normal 8 count phrases that accent 2,4, then 6,7).

opens with media Granaina (poor carmen is loosing that voice), then they do this weird partial soleá compás in sections. At 5:33 to 8:30 is like a double time rumba, but in 8 counts (they only accent count 4 of 8, but you can feel the second half the same as the first). It returns to the weird 8 count soleá at the end.
