My brother had an LP disc of Marianne Faithful when I came to live with him in North Carolina. I listened to As Tears Go By many times. She was beautiful. RIP Marianne.

I'm going to guess the flamenco connection. I think it could be Ronnie Wood - who often stated his admiration for Paco de Lucia. They love the picado, the rockstars. As do I.
