My friend checked my guitar, and he told me that there is no problem of the wood. The only thing I need to do is adjusting the humidity and changing a lower saddle. I noticed that there is a small wooden strip under the saddle. I think that's what Jesus de Jimenez did for the change of seasons. Thanks for your helps all my friends. [:)]

I bave the same problems more or less.
In winter low, humidity, and higher action.
I do not care, the guitars never got damaged. (As long as the changing goes slowly)

I remember Anders Eliasson, he is not around here anymore on the foro, but happily doing other things in Denmark, advises sometimes to have a “Winter bone” and a “summer bone”
Hope you stop your worries and go on playing again.

I am glad you have no severe problems [:)]

It's not really a false alarm, it's a real condition for people who live in changing climates and the discussion can provide a lot of valuable insight for others reading the Foro. It's actually very good information. I'm happy your guitar is OK and you can now enjoy it without concern. [sm=Smiley Guitar.gif]

Thank you so much my friend. I hope my guitar's original string height will come back on the summer days [:D]

just order a Guitar protect cover , to warm and protect the guitar.. while playing

temperatures and humidity are somekind of crazy.

one week or somedays with 10 degrees or less of max temp (and lows of 5 or so ) and 60% more or less humidity
other week or some days in a row , with 14-18 degrees max and 10-14 lows with 78% of humidity

to "warm" the guitar?[:D][:D]

yep more afraid about the new one.... , as i told here , im dealing with two scenarios , both are bad.

at least when i take her out , she will not suffer to much .
altough i think i will keep the cover on her also inside the case.

It is warm in the house because we have heater. The only thing I need to do is adjusting the humid. [:D]

maybe its easier to deal with only one situation.

this week the low and max temperature were higher , so the humidity also higer (78% + - ) than last week. 78% its terrible.

Next week will be diferent , again.... , lows from 4/5/9 degrees and max 14 , so the humidity should be around 60% i guess (much nicer...)

this is madness

hxwhf72752003 -> RE: Does my guitar need to repair? (Feb. 7 2025 13:01:15)

Yes. But not for guitar's reason. Guitar is perfect but I need to go to Australia for college. It is not easy for me to take it with my luggage.[:(]
