Well, the wife and I are headed to Spain and probably high probability I’ll be putting a deposit on a Conde guitar. Does anyone have the bracing patterns for the soundboard for the FC 27 and FC 28? I have listened to videos of both Guitars and to my ear I cannot tell the difference maybe I have to be there in person, but can anyone share their experience with these two guitars and the difference in the sound from the bracing pattern?

Better to try the actual guitars as you may easily find differences even among guitars of the same model.
FC 27 is the common FC flamenco negra while FC 28 reproduces the pattern used for the '74 guitar used by Paco n stage.
Differences are in the plantilla (the shape has a tighter waist) the bracing pattern (it's quite similar to the fan bracing pattern used in the FC 27 but with the 3 central struts more closed to each other) and in other subtleties.
My 2 cents are that the quality of the spruce top and the right way of assembling the parts in the actual guitar matters more than the bracing pattern.

According to the website F27 is indian rosewood, and F28 is with Madagascar rosewood, maple or koa.
The Paco de Lucia stage replica models are called 'ano 1975' and another 'ano 1974'.

As Echi says, judge the guitar for its whole self, not by its bracing. Felipe shows bracing on instagram e.g. image below. He doesn't keep it secret. If you can't find it there you could contact Felipe Conde. He'll likely tell you about bracing and other differences between F27/ F28.

Thanks for posting the picture... this version of the '74 is with redwood (sequoia top).

Just few observations:
The 2 long closing bars are quite typical of the Esteso and the main Conde bracing Pattern used in the 70ies .
What is quite unusual in the bracing pattern of the guitar of Paco (for the standard of Conde in the seventies) is the under bridge patch which the Conde brothers often placed in the classical model.
The 2 long closing bars affect the perpendicular stiffness of the top in a peculiar way.

The FC 26 is quite similar to the Felipe V model (the struts are quite parallel) but for the 2 prolonging struts.

well, that is not the guitar he typically used. I mean the 1975 had that bridge patch? Or any of his spruce tops? Seemed like it (74 weird top) was an unusual guitar that he did not use much if at all for any important project.

Ok .. looks like the FC27 bracing is more spread out than the FC28 .. Gona see if Pau ferro is available since I’m looking for a sound in between rosewood and cypress
