About one mouth ago, I was browsing Wallapop which is a Second-hand trading sites. I found a Mariano Conde Negra with the price of 6000+ Euro. But I found the guitar was selling at Solera Flamenca with the price of 4500 Euro. If Solera bought the guitar at the original price from the individual seller, why they sell the guitar with a cheaper price. Maybe they have some methods to get the guitar with a low price？ I'm not sure if they're going to be profitable

well i know very well that kind of business its usual to have the same guitar in different places or even the same place with diferent prices , one is normally the standard price , the other is the expensive to see if anybody is up to give more... sometimes the ad is also old. the problem is , regarding walla and other places , the seller do a kind of overbooking... normally if he find a buyer that gives more or... if the buyer doesnt have to ship to other place for example well the problem is to the first buyer that is conviced that he really bought the guitar (or something else) and gave the money but after that the sell is cancelled (not talkin about solera of course)

regarding Solera and the walla AD maybe , as well the walla ad can be old (or not) the rest i maintain the idea Forgot to say sometimes sellers give the same guitar to many sellers/friends/whatever to sell some or many guitars , who sell it first gains a comission. Similiar how sometimes Car/house selling works In Spain its crazy because the guitar market its colossal , for new or 2nd hand , i knowed a guy from Bilbao (cant real remember) that was selling around 15 guitars for a guy that had dozens... 2nd hand , classic and flamenco , from 600 to 10k This was only one person, Crazy

Yes. I bought three guitars from Wallapop. Gerundino Fernandez Hijo 2017 Hermanos Conde Gravina 1990 Jesus de Jimenez 2016 They were all good guitar.

I see. One of my friends living in USA, he was the owner of the Conde which belongs to Manolo Sanlucar. He told me that he bought it several years ago with the price of 12000 Euro. Last year Solera bought it from him with the price of 12000 Euro and sent him a FCjr. I think maybe Solera uses guitar as a part of the trading capital。

thats crazy , why? in my experience , and im talking abou cheap things , the chance that something goes wrong is more than 50% , in my case maybe 70% (or more). the seller lies and dont send the item after you buy it/pay it (because he surely sold in some other place to avoid ship and comissions) or like it happen last time... something went wrong with the ship company or the store that receive the item...someone lost the item , funny that this happen with the higher purchase that i done in wallapop , around 40 euros... The plattaform also have delays of the status...its very bad Other issue its the time that they take to refund you if they refund it at all.... and no support from them Most the issues that i had were with Walla , in oposite Vinted works very well but unfornatly dont have to much items of these kind to sell. I thought many times to do it by Walla but when i think about that i see just red flags all over it , were talking about buying something up to 500eu/dls , not 10 or 20 . But im glad that all went fine with your experience

I know it. [:D] The Gerundino guitar's owner was in Almeira. It is not a convenient place. I live in China and I was busy with my study at that time. So my friend helped me to transfer with the seller in person and sent the guitar to Madrid where my another living in. He travels back and forth between Spain and China every week. So he brought the guitar to me. The conde's seller is a friend of a friend of mine. So he just sent the guitar to my friend. And I give him the money. The Jesus de Jimenez guitar's seller was living in Barcelona. My friend who living in Madrid told me that his cousin was there and he can help me to buy the guitar. In short, if you're going to buy something on Wallapop, it's best to find a way to trade in person. It is lucky for me to have these good friends.
