Solea starts right on, before or after 1; not sure exactly where, but it starts at either of these 3 beats. Rest I can't figure out, I have counted it a bazillion times, but I just can't; I'm falling short of 3 whole beats!

Just tell me where the chunks start and end

The last pulgar chunk at the very end is straight 16th notes , so it starts right on 7 but I can't figure the part before it, especially the gaps

Sleeping now, hope I get somebody replying with a solution

That's my best guess:

Not the steadiest compass for sure.

Forget about counting it and just learn it to the best of your ability. Solea intros don't have to be counted to fit a metronome. This one is in compas though. He starts on or about beat 3.

Lots of rushing in the phrase after pauses from the start, it is more than “elastic” tempo. So the chromatic power chords are rhythmically symmetric….meaning slide from count 8-10 C - B, then 11,12,1 are rushed, so you do the same phrase 2-4 G- F#…OR you can think of the dragging of the a finger as the rushed part like C-G as 8&, the a finger drag starts on 9 and it covers 9-12 rushed pause on 1, like messy 10-12 remate. Then you repeat that like G-D as 2&, drag across 3-4-5 rushed. Either way you fudge it, you hear the golpe on 6. (Compás expression is not the greatest here).

Are you trying to learn this material?
Seems to me that if your arent aware of what's happening with the stretching of the compas, the counting etc... That this could be a bit beyond you. it isn't the easiest of soleas.

I've already learn it, counting was troubling, I knew about the stretching part, the whole piece is played Rubato, stretching a few chunks and then rushing other parts, but this particular section was the most difficult to figure out. I figured it though now

Correct me if I'm wrong. To me there are 4 compas cycles. As mentioned above it's rubato playing.
