Anyone tried Scott Tennant's synchronization exercise at 5:50 and got results? It doesn't seem to work for me. I end up being good at only this chromatic run. Things get tricky when I have to play more complicated scale patterns on all 6 strings vertically.

I don't really get the R/L hand synchronization thing. Just practice with the dang metronome, and if your off the beat then slow down 'till its right. Bam! Synchronized!

I'm gonna do El Entri picado speed exercise I found on the foro. I highly recommend it. I collected too many flamenco guitar books in pdf or in print. But I've never worked on them though. I only read some of them.
