Slightly bellying back (Full Version)

A question for the luthiers—or I guess anyone else with an informed opinion! I've been wondering whether the back of the guitar is meant to be slightly bowed or whether, in fact, that is sign of humidity damage. Is the slight belly where the two backs meet normal or has it gotten a bit too humid around here?

I've put the guitar back in its case (was previously out on a stand underneath a cloth cover) and put two of those humidity regulator packs on the strings.

All guitars are curved on the back (and top) so that when the wood soaks in some humidity, it bulges outwards rather than pop open the sides.
