I'm back again with the update:

The guitar nut has been lowered. I can do legados much easier now.
There's a slight rattle/buzz of the treble strings when played in open. But when I'm playing notes, the rattle/buzz is almost not there.
That rattle/buzz is a normal characteristic of a flamenco guitar I've heard so I guess its fine.
You'll find a picture of the 6th string almost touching the 1st fret when pressing on the 3rd fret.
