hi is this true that when i play last note on a given string i dont have to preposition finger after i play this note because this string will not be used anymore ?

You don’t preposition a finger on strings you won’t be playing, correct. However, practice ascending scales, not descending ones, for developing speed and control of planting.

why ascending scales are more important for developing good picado when compared to descending scales ?

Every damn note is played from below the string you are playing. PULGAR is the opposite…from above. Ascending:ABCDEFGA Descending: AGFEDCBA Can’t get more clear than that.

I then thought the only possible thing you could mean is that you were talking about where the fingers APPROACH from. hence my attempt for clarity. a simple miss understanding damn it! [:D][;)]
