Why is there no medley in flamenco cante, baile and solo guitar? I haven't come across it so far.
Musically medley can't be complicated in flamenco. One can modulate smoothly from one palo to another. It's not about something like Solea becoming Buleria speedwise or a transition between Verdiales and Malaguena.
There's another term potpourri which is basically the same as medley. But I'm not familiar with potpourri. Never listened to it before. What I'm referring to is palos that are not related to each other either harmonically or melodically can be interpreted as medley. For example Solea-Guajira-Siguiriya-Buleria-Malaguena medley in flamenco cante, baile or in solo flamenco guitar.

Understandable if you only play in your bedroom. Truth is most flamenco shows, lead by the bailaores, are exactly some sorts of medley to varying degrees. There are some things that don’t make sense, like siguiriyas/guajiras, but no law against it, just taste. Time to go to a dance class and learn real flamenco amigo.

Meanwhile check out Gerardo Nuñez “Hacia mi”
