This is a nano goat that we rescued from a neighbour who was going to eat her. Her name is Luci (as in Lucifer). She is very smart and very cuddly. We now have her, four rescue dogs (one from Granada) and a Bengal cat.

Photo was taken by my wife.

Good thing to do Simon! Bravo!

How does Goaty go along with the dogs?

They get along fine now that they have got used to each other.

How they doing in the Italian sun? Our Bengal / maine coon cross is struggling in the (unusual) UK heat at the moment.

Our older lurcher struggled a bit today (35C) but the others are fine. One is from AndalucĂa, so I would expect that. Another is a local sheep dog breed, so she is born to it. The other is an Irish lurcher but seems ok. The goat handles it well.

Our Bengal is about 16 years old and he is out hunting or sleeping all day.

Here is our latest dog rescue, Poppy. A pastor apuano (a sheepdog of these mountains). Great dog.
